You may have heard the children talk about pom-poms at school so I thought it would explain how this positive reinforcement works .
Each table can earn pom-poms throughout the week for for doing the right thing , showing examples of positive behaviour, working well together and getting on with tasks. The pom-poms build up amd the winning table receives a small treat to celebrate their effort. We thought it would be a good idea to share this with parents and carers so you can share in the celebration. We have just decided on new table names and I have included a picture for you to see , your children can tell you which table they are on. Each week I will let you know which table has won. Please share any thoughts you have about this by posting on the blog. Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you!
